  • Page 8 2.1 First, set the lock command on Program of WSCBSN Enable to switch the program used for workpiece lock through the Barcode Reader Use the KILEWS barcode to switch program among Group 1-9; there are 1-99 groups (CMD.P01-CMD.P99) of barcodes available in factory.

When AS occurs, the screw driver will be locked and unable to use; operator can use the Barcode Reader to scan the pre-prepared command barcode to release it to facilitate the operation.
