4. ASSEMBLY
4.1.
AP6115BE, AP6103BE INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Delivered on a pallet. Seek assistance to remove items from pallet.
NOTE: DO NOT tighten fixings until all parts are correctly aligned.
4.1.1.
Remove the wooden top by unscrewing the 8 bolts holding it down.
4.1.2.
Line up the supplied template to the right hand end of the top using the two existing holes (fig.1).
4.1.3.
Using the template, drill 2 holes through the top using the supplied 9.5mm (0.375") drill bit.
4.1.4.
Turn the template over and repeat the procedure on the left hand end of the top.

4.1.5.
Place the Riser cabinet on top of the trolley.
4.1.6.
Using a 16mm socket or wrench, attach the Riser with 4 pcs M8×192mm long bolts in the four corners. Be careful not to over-tighten
(fig.2).
4.1.7.
Position the wood top on the Riser.
4.1.8.
Ensure the four 9.5mm (3/8"in.) holes drilled in Sections 4.12 - 4.14 align with the threaded holes in the Riser.
4.1.9.
Attach wood top to riser with 8 bolts previously removed from the cabinet. Place the Hutch on the Riser after the wood top is installed.
4.1.10.
Open the Hutch door.
4.1.11.
Use 4 M6X48mm flange bolt in the 4 corners and tighten using an 8mm socket or wrench (fig.3).
4.1.12.
Using a 2.4mm dia. (3/32") drill bit, pre-drill 5 holes into the wood top along the pegboard backwall. Be careful to only
drill 25.4mm (1") deep.
4.1.13.
Using an 8mm socket, install 5 pcs. ST5.5 x 25mm wood self-tapping screw into the pre-drilled holes in the wood top along the rear of
the pegboard. Be careful not to over-tighten.
