HARDWARE INSTALLATION
Because there are large differences between PC's, we can give you only a general installation
guide for the EX-1222HM. Please refer your computer's reference manual whenever in doubt.
1. Before connecting, use the switch on the connector side to select the desired video resolu-
tion on the HDMI port.
Position 1: 4K@60Hz / USB 2.0
Position 2: 4K@30Hz / USB 3.2 Gen 1
2. Connect the docking station to the USB-C port of your PC/Notebook/MacBook or Tablet/
iPad Pro.
3. Now connect your peripherals to the appropriate ports.
DRIVER INSTALLATION
All Operating Systems
After the hardware installation the Operating System will recognize the EX-1222HM automati-
cally and install the drivers.
CHECK INSTALLED DRIVER
Open the >Device manager<. Now you should see at „USB-Controller" the following new entry:
If you see this or a similar information the hub is installed correctly.
CLEANING
To clean the device, please use only a dry, non-fibrous cloth and remove the dirt with light
pressure. In the area of the connections, please make sure that no fibers of the cloth are left in
the socket. Attention! Never use a moist or wet cloth for cleaning!

Die EX-1222HM ist eine kleine 5-in-1 USB-C Dockingstation, die direkt am PC, Notebook oder
Tablet angeschlossen werden kann und aufgrund der kompakten Größe dauerhaft eingesteckt
bleiben kann. Mit der EX-1222HM können an einem USB-C Port alle benötigten Peripheriegerä-
te angeschlossen werden. USB-C Power Delivery (PD) ermöglicht es, das Notebook oder
Tablet direkt über die EX-1222HM mit dem vorhandenen USB-C Ladegerät aufzuladen.
