    This manual covers the connectivity and operation of the DESPLEX equipment from the SYSTEM 3505/PRISM LX as well as the use of the two man rule. Newly added in Rev D is the ability to connect to two independent DESPLEX SYSTEMs.

    DESPLEX racks and the Subscriber units. • Just like the SCT product, the SYSTEM 3505/PRISM LX cannot advise if a device is no longer connected if such disconnection occurred while the SYSTEM 3505/PRISM LX was turned OFF, then turned ON when the Subscriber or other parts of the system have been disconnected.

    For this reason, the SYSTEM 3505/PRISM LX will auto restore these events after 45 seconds of activation as follows: The SYSTEM 3505/PRISM LX places the -8x accounts back to auto restore in 45 seconds after the last -8X account is received, thus if you get any account that ends in a -8x it will restore after 45 seconds.

    Printer Output Tape Example The following two printouts illustrate what happens during an exit delay when the “Main” exit door is opened. The first printout illustrates that the main exit door was closed prior to the exit delay ending. The second the exit door is not closed prior to the exit delay expiring.
