About the battery Your device has an internal, nonremovable, CTIA 1725-certified rechargeable battery. Use only Nokia approved chargers designated for this device. Take the device to the nearest authorised service facility for replacement of the battery.

Charge the battery Your battery has been partially charged at the factory, but you may need to recharge it before you can switch on your device for the first time. If the device indicates a low charge, do the following: Connect the charger to a wall outlet.
