• The card is a direct connection PLUG-IN type (plug’n’play), and the communications with the Central Bus occurs through a parallel BUS . • The presence of the STM200 card is indispensible in the case that the remote management center uses the dedicated software, i.e. “fast link”, to remote program and remote manage by modem. -

3.1 EVENT TRANSMISSION • When an alarm event occurs, the Modem communicator STM200 starts the telephone call procedure. The placing of calls can be immediate or delayed, see paragraph “6.11 Delaying a Call”. In the case that more than one event is occurring at the same time, all events are transmitted during the same call. -

3.3 CALL HANDLING BY REMOTE MANAGEMENT • The Modem - Communicator STM200 is designed to be able to respond to incoming telephone calls originating from a Remote Management Center using “Fast Link” software. In this case, the Center can connect to the System’s Central Bus by modem and carry out the required operations. -
