Richmond GTR207 Troubleshooting

The motor is not getting power. The power LED is not on. The gate motor will not operate.

Possible Causes

** Any works done to the motor must be completed whilst the power is off, and the motor is unplugged **
1. Incorrect Mains Power Connection
2. Faulty Low Voltage Transformer
3. PC Board Wiring Connections
4. Damaged Fuse
5. Damaged Control Board

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

*If you are uncomfortable or unsure about performing any of these tests please contact Richmond Wheel & Castor
for further support.
1. Check your power cable for correct connection or any physical damage.

If your cord is damaged do NOT use the motor. Contact Richmond Wheel & Castor

Check that power was switched on and plug was correctly connected.

2. Check the 2-pin plug for correct output voltage.

Voltage should read approx. 22V AC
