- Page 2 Product Instructions Installing a MicroSD Card The micro SD card slot is located inside the security camera. Please make sure the camera is turned OFF. To access it, you need to remove two screws (Image 1), then insert the MicroSD card into the card slot with its contact points facing downward (Image 2).
- Page 3 Downloading and Installing Mobile App Scan the QR code below to download “XMEye” app in App Store or in Google Play Store. When you install it, please allow all the authorizations if you want full functions and alarm push notifications. After installing the app on your smartphone, you can sign up and register for a free account and start adding your Wi-Fi camera.
- Page 4 Adding Camera to XMEye App Step 1. Open XMEye App then tap on the "+" icon in the top right hand corner. Step 2. Now select the "Wi-Fi Config" tab to enter the Wi-Fi configuration screen. Step 3. Fill in your Wi-Fi password then Click on “OK” and the app will start searching for your camera.
- Page 5 Step 4. The app will start looking for nearby devices like shown below. Step 5. When the green symbol appears, click on it. Step 6. Just click “Add” to finish adding your camera. Step 4 Step 5 Step 6 Important: The cameras serial number, domain name, and device id, all details will automatically show on the app (No need to enter manually or to scan a code).
