To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or injury:

  • Do not operate in the presence of explosives and/or flammable fumes or liquids.
  • Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
  • Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer's recommended attachments.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
  • Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
  • Do not incinerate the appliance even if it is severely damaged. The batteries can explode in a fire.
  • This appliance is intended for household use only and not for commercial or industrial use.
  1. Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before picking up or carrying the appliance. Carrying the appliance with your finger on the switch or energizing appliance that have the switch on invites accidents.

Battery Installation

  1. Remove the battery cover by pressing the release tab and pulling the battery cover off as shown.

  2. Insert four fresh AA batteries making sure to match (+) and (-) terminals correctly and reinstall the battery cover. Ensure that the battery cover is tightly secured.

Batteries can explode, or leak, and can cause injury or fire. To reduce this risk:

  • Carefully follow all instructions and warnings on the battery label and package.
  • Always insert batteries correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -), marked on the battery and the equipment.
  • Do not short battery terminals.
  • Do not charge batteries.
  • Do not mix old and new batteries. Replace all of them at the same time with new batteries of the same brand and type.
  • Remove dead batteries immediately and dispose of per local codes.
  • Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
  • Keep batteries out of reach of children.
  • Remove batteries if the device will not be used for several months.
  • Transporting batteries can possibly cause fires if the battery terminals inadvertently come in contact with conductive materials such as keys, coins, hand tools and the like. The US Department of Transportation Hazardous Material Regulations (HMR) actually prohibit transporting batteries in commerce or on airplanes (i.e. packed in suitcases and carryon luggage) UNLESS they are properly protected from short circuits. So when transporting individual batteries, make sure that the battery terminals are protected and well insulated from materials that could contact them and cause a short circuit.


Switching on and off

  1. To turn the scrubber ON, press the ON/OFF switch .
  2. To turn the scrubber OFF, press the ON/OFF switch again.

Attaching accessories

Do not attach/remove accessory when unit is running.
NOTE: Refer to product packaging for a complete list of the accessories that are included with the specific Power Scrubber model you purchased.

  1. To connect an attachment, line up the shape of the end of the accessory with the shaft and firmly push it on, until it snaps in place. Ensure that it does not disengage.
  2. To remove an attachment, simply pull it off.

  1. Move the appliance in a circular pattern. Do not hold the appliance in one spot for too long.

Tips on Cleaning Agents

The power scrubber has been designed for easy, powerful cleaning. If you are uncertain about its use on a surface, test an attachment on a small inconspicuous area before cleaning larger areas.

  • Always follow manufacturer's recommendations when using a chemical cleaner such as sprays, foams, rub-on gels, liquid detergents, or bleach solutions.
  • Do not use with abrasive cleaners on any surface or in the unit.
    Always wear rubber gloves and protective eye wear (to avoid splatter) when using irritating cleaners.

Always read the manufacturer' instructions on the cleaning agent you us. Do not use the appliance with abrasive cleaning agents. Do not use with Bleach or ammonia based cleaning products.

Wear gloves and eye protection when using aggressive chemical cleaners.

If you are unsure about using this appliance on a particular surface, test it first on a small inconspicuous patch.

Cleaning and Storage

Attachments are top rack, dishwasher safe.

  1. Clean the brushes and scrub sponges in a mild detergent, rinse with water and air dry.
  • You may rinse any attachments/accessories by submerging the scrubber into water at maximum depth of 8 inches (20 cm) or under a running faucet. Do not leave immersed for more than 30 minutes at a maximum temperature of 86 ° F (30 °C).
  1. To clean the scrubber unit, wipe with a damp sponge and a mild soap.
  2. Keep the battery cover and unit clean to assure a good seal.
  3. Store the scrubber and attachments/accessories indoors.

To assure product SAFETY and RELIABILITY, repairs, maintenance and adjustment (other than those listed in this manual) should be performed by authorized service centers or other qualified service organizations, always using identical replacement parts.
