Here is showing problems low rating speed and beep beep continues after 2 minutes automatically off

The cause of low rating speed and continuous beeping after 2 minutes on the Grant FF Series could be:

- Reamer motor RPM dropped by more than 7%. Check the frequency (Hz); if it's lower than 45Hz, this may be the issue.
- Speed reducer issues, such as:
- Faulty speed reducer motor or box – replace if needed.
- Low oil in speed reducer – replace motor/box.
- Worn bearings – replace bearings.
- Motor capacitor may be faulty – check and replace if needed.

Continuous beeping may also be due to the buzzer being enabled via DIP switch 6.

    Revised January 2012 IV. Operating Principles 1. Water Circulation System (See figure 6) Water enters the machine through the float valve and into the water reservoir. Water is then pumped to the water distributor by a water pump and then flows on to the inner surface of the evaporator. It is cooled down gradually and forms ice.

The output shaft of the gearbox drives the auger and water distributor at a speed of 2 rpm.
