    Preface About This Manual This manual provides technical guidance for designing and implementing AC&NC JetStor series JBOD/DAS system, and it is intended for use by system administrators, DAS designers, storage consultants, or anyone who has purchased these products and is familiar with servers and computer networks, network administration, storage system installation and configuration, storage area network management, and relevant protocols.

    1.1. System Requirement and Setup The JX series uses the console port as the command line interface. Please use the console cable in the accessory box, and connect it between the controller and the server/host. The CLI function can be accessed by using terminal emulator on a management host that directly connected to the serial port of the JetStor series.
