  • Page 4 Turn the base upside down and press the casters into the holes on the legs as shown.
  • Page 5 Place the base upright and insert the gas lift with cover into the base as shown.
  • Page 6 Step 3: Attach the seat plate to the seat cushion with four (A) screws. Make sure the seat plate faces to the front. Tighten the screws with the wrench (C).
  • Page 7 Step 4: Align the central hole of the seat plate over the gas lift, Press down until the connection is secure.
  • Page 8 Step 5: Push the back cushion to upright position as shown, make sure the tools-free pins lock into place.
  • Page 9 Step 6: Press the caps(B) into the arm holes to cover the bolts.
  • Page 10 Function To Adjust the Seat Height Control handle To raise your seat, lean forward to lift your body weight from the seat, then pull up the control handle. To lower the seat, pull up the control handle while seated.
  • Page 11 Function To Perform Tilt / Tilt Lock To Adjust the Tilt Tension Tension Knob Control Handle To unlock the tilt, pull the control handle all the way out; Push the control handle in to lock the tilt function. Rotate the tension knob clockwise to tighten or counter-clockwise to loosen the tension.
