GENERAL NOTES
The instructions included in the attached installation
manual must be followed carefully when installing a
ffuuss one hand dryer.

compliance with the instructions contained herein
and in the installation manual.
Make sure your ffuuss one hand dryer works

properly before allowing the public to use it.
Do not use the ffuuss one hand dryer for any

purpose other than drying hands.
Using authentic ffuuss TM spare parts can extend the
correct and safe functioning of your unit.
WARNING:
The ffuuss hand dryer has a built-in pre-heat*
TM
system that delivers energy savings and, therefore,
does not have a Stand-by function.

WARNING:
For the fulfillment of the ADA norm, it must follow
the guidelines of installation that are attached in
every unit; in addition, the ffuuss one hand dryer
must be installed in an area with a free space of
760 mm (30") and of 1220 mm (48"). This area can
overlap a circulation zone, but cannot superpose
over other access areas required. Single use
restrooms can overlap access areas since they are
used by one person at a time.
NOTE: ffuuss TM reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
HOW TO USE
Insert hands in the drying cavity of the ffuuss
handdryer in order to activate the air flow. Leave
hands in the drying cavity until the cycle is
completed.
CLEANING THE DEVICE.
Surfaces.
Only clean the surfaces of the ffuuss TM one hand
dryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive or
caustic products.
MAINTENANCE ADVISE
Air intake.
Regularly check the air intake at the base of the
ffuuss TM hand dryer and make sure it is free of
dust, rubbish and other particles, if not, proceed to
clean it to free all the holes of possible dirt. If the
ffuuss hand dryer has a HEPA filter H13, change it

when necessary or at least once a year. Also, make
sure that all surfaces of the ffuuss TM hand dryer
are properly cleaned to maintain uninterrupted
operation.
TEST
Make sure that the ffuuss one hand dryer is

connected to the electrical supply. Once plugged
in wait for 6 minutes. Insert your hands in the
drying cavity to start the air flow in the ffuuss
one hand dryer. Withdraw hands, and the unit will
automatically stop.
WARNING:
This ffuuss TM hand dryer produces a laser beam that is categorised as Class 1, which poses no risk whatsoever when used appropriately. It is unlikely to cause any
damage to the user's eyes even if they use some form of optical observation device. Nevertheless, looking directly into the laser beam may in some cases cause
visual glare, particularly in environments with not much light.

Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other than those specified herein may result in hazardous radiation exposure.
