    PC Controller is a software used to setup a JOB for the DC-616 on computer. Installation of this software allows the user to create and edit JOB for the DC-616, with preview image of the document, as well as save JOB data and execute a JOB form the computer.

    Make sure that the DC-616 is turned OFF. Turn the computer ON to start the Windows. Insert the CD-ROM that came with the DC-616 into your computer’s CD-ROM drive. A message appears in the top right corner of the screen.

    PC Controller Setting Insert the “Dongle” in the USB port of your computer. When you create/save a JOB with your computer unconnected to the DC-616, the Dongle is not necessary. Main Menu This menu appears when the PC Controller is launched.

    PC Controller Setting PC Controller Setting Creating a JOB with Preview Display (WIZARD) This section describes the procedures to set up a JOB in Wizard format. Following items should be entered to create a JOB. JOB No. Select a JOB No. in which the JOB currently being programmed is saved. JOB Name Put a name to the JOB with your keyboard for easy reference.

    JOB with this JOB appears. IMPORTANT If the file extension is “A616”, the maximum JOBs that can be registered on the DC-616 are all saved. When registering a file with “A616” on the DC-616, all JOBs registered on the DC-616 at that time will be overwritten.
