Hi, Can you tell me how the tongue weight of a 2022 Expedition 2.0 is determined & published to be "290 lbs"?? I put a scale under the point where the trailer pins to my Jeep, on the Max Coupler, and put all the tongue weight on it, it reads closer to "400 lbs". This is w/ the trailer completely unloaded and w/ the spare tire removed from the front mount. That is a pretty big discrepancy. Maybe w/ the water tank full, (which it wasn't when I weighted it), it puts more weight on the back of the trailer, balancing it better, and lifting some off the tongue?? Thanks in advance.

The tongue weight of the 2022 OFF GRID TRAILERS Expedition 2.0, published as 290 lbs, is determined based on the trailer's design and load distribution. It is specified on the trailer certification label, which is located on the left side of the trailer on the A-frame/tongue. This label provides key weight ratings, including tongue weight.
