FOR
2003-2005
VEHICLES
There are two small
rectangular plugs on this
'T' Interface Cable. One
is male and the other female.
On the back of the factory stereo there is typically a plug just like
the small male rectangular one on the Interface Cable. Disconnect
the factory male plug from the back of the stereo and plug it into
the female plug on the Interface Cable. Now plug the male plug
of the Interface Cable into to the back of the factory stereo. The last,
larger rectangular plug connects to the male connector from the 1998-
2002 Interface Cable. The other end of the 1998-2002 Interface Cable
plugs into the other side of the Interface Module IM-TOY1. THE LARGE
FEMALE CONNECTOR WITH ONLY TWO WIRES IS NOT USED.
FOR 1998-2002
VEHICLES
Insert the larger of the two male plugs
into the matching port on the back
of your stereo. If there is already
a plug in the port, unplug it and plug
it into the matching female plug
that only has two wires in it. If there's nothing to unplug, the female
connector is not used. The smaller male plug goes into the other side
of the Interface Module IM-TOY1.

Though there is only one way to push the connectors in, don't force
it. Double check that you have the correct Interface Cable for your
