Buttons

Buttons Overview

In Bluetooth mode

  1. Play/Pause (Press short)
    Enter pairing mode (Press and hold)

In general operating mode

  1. OFF ←→ Line-in ←→ Bluetooth
  2. Line out jack
  3. USB charging port
  4. Twist to release line out cable

Line-in mode

  • Slide the Button "B" into the Line-in mode; LED will light up
  • Plug the Built-in Cable into the Music device and play the music (F)
    Line-in mode

Series connection

  • Put the second speaker into Line-in mode (B), and connect to the Line-out jack of first speaker (C)
  • Play music from your Music device on the first speaker; both speakers will sound out at the same time (G)
    Series connection

Bluetooth mode (Pairing mode)

  • Select a Bluetooth 2.1 or above device and turn on Bluetooth connection
  • Activate the searching mode on your Bluetooth device
  • Slide the Button "B" to the Bluetooth mode; LED will light up
  • Press and hold Button "A" until the indicator flashing in Blue, xqB20 has 3 mins for your Bluetooth device to pair with.
  • <<xqB20 >> will be displayed on your Bluetooth device for pairing. "0000" is the pairing code if necessary.
  • Beep sound will be given when xqB20 is successfully paired; the LED stops flashing

Remark: Pairing steps are for 1st time connection, automatic reconnection is allowed on most Bluetooth devices

Charging your Speaker

Charge up xqB20 whenever it is needed by connecting to a suitable wall charger (not included) or by computer via the USB cable (D)

Remark: Fully charge xqB20 at least once a month

Trouble Shooting

Sound not clear or no sound

→ Please check Bluetooth device volume level

Playing music is not transfered from Bluetooth device to xqB20

→ Make sure your Bluetooth device supports A2DP

→ Check if both devices are connected

→ Restart xqB20 for auto connection with your Bluetooth device No LED light

→ Make sure xqB20 is fully charged xqB20 is too quiet / too much distortion

→ Adjust the volume level of the music device

No music control by xqB20 possible

→ Make sure your Bluetooth device has AVRCP

Fire and Electric Shock Hazard

  • Do not expose your xqisit xqB20 to liquid, moisture, humidity, or rain. Do not use the xqisit xqB20 near a bathtub, sink, sauna, pool, or steam room. Exposure of the xqisit xqB20 to moisture could result in electric shock.
  • Do not place any items filled with liquids, such as glasses, vases or similar objects, on top of the device.
  • Do not drop, disassemble, open, crush, bend, deform, puncture, shred, microwave, incinerate, paint, or insert foreign objects in to the xqisit xqB20. Such actions could result in electric shock.
  • Clean the xqisit xqB20 only with a dry cloth.
  • Do not expose your xqisit xqB20 to extremely high or low temperatures.
  • Do not expose your xqisit xqB20 to sources of excessive heat, such as sunlight, fire or similar. Do not place your xqisit xqB20 near an open fire, such as gas burners, candles or fireplaces, and avoid contact with direct solar radiation. Do not place any candles or other open flames on the device. Make sure that the xqisit xqB20 is exposed to sufficient ventilation. Do not block the vent holes with objects such as magazines, tablecloths or similar items.

Battery/Charger Hazard

  • Do not dispose of your xqisit xqB20 in a fire. The battery could explode causing injury or death.
  • Only charge the battery in accordance with the user instructions supplied with the xqisit xqB20.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble the xqisit xqB20 or force open the built-in battery because this may result in electric shock.
  • Do not charge the xqisit xqB20 in damp areas or in extremely high or low temperatures because this could result in electric shock.
  • Do not clean the xqisit xqB20 when it is being charged. Always unplug the charger first before cleaning the Xqisit xqB20.
  • Set up the device in such a way that the mains plug is always easily accessible and you can unplug it quickly in the event of an emergency.

Automobile Accident Hazard

  • Do not leave or store the xqisit xqB20 or any of its accessories near or over your automobile's air bag because serious injury may result when an airbag deploys.

Fall Hazard

  • Do not place the xqisit xqB20 on high surfaces such as shelves. During music playback the xqisit xqB20 may move which could cause the xqisit xqB20 to shift and fall off of the edge.

  • Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean your xqisit xqB20 because this could cause scratches and damage.
  • Do not bring your xqisit xqB20 in to contact with any sharp objects because this could cause scratches and damage.
  • Do not insert anything into your xqisit xqB20 unless other wise specified in the user instructions. This may damage the internal components.
  • Do not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble your xqisit xqB20 yourself, it does not contain any user-serviceable components.
  • Do not attempt to replace your xqisit xqB20 battery, it is built-in and is not changeable.
  • Observe all signs and displays that require an electrical device or RF radio product to be switched off in designated areas.
  • Turn off your xqisit xqB20 prior to boarding an aircraft. Do not use the xqisit xqB20 inside an aircraft unless allowed by your airline.
  • Dispose of the xqisit xqB20 and the xqisit xqB20 's battery in accordance with local regulations. Do not dispose of the battery with regular household waste.
