How do I get this lift to free wheel without power? The lift has lost all power for some reason, batteries are over 70% but nothing will turn on at all, no lights, beeps, nothing. Can’t find any broken wires, all connections are good, was working fine then nothing.

To free wheel the LGMG S1932E II lift without power, follow these steps:

1. Chock the wheels to prevent unintended movement.
2. Unscrew the drive motor end cover.
3. Screw an M6*25 bolt into the screw holes in the brake disc.
4. Repeat the procedure on the opposite drive motor.
5. With both drive motor brakes released, the machine can be moved manually.
6. After moving the machine, reinstall both drive motors to their original condition.

This procedure allows the machine to be manually moved when power is unavailable.
