Toothbrush
operates a
short stutter-
ing sound
after 2 min-
utes only or
does not
operate any
stuttering
sound
anymore.
Toothbrush
does not
charge.
Rattling/loud
noise during
brushing or
turning on.
Mode button
lights up in
yellow colour.
The rechargeable toothbrush contains a radio module which
operates in the 2.4 to 2.48 GHz band with a maximum power of
1mW.

mode display turns

(< 0°C and > 40°C).

Use the Oral-B App to
change timer settings
or perform factory
reset (see App Trou-

30min.
2. Recommended
ambient tempera-
ture for charging is
5°C to 35°C.
3. Ensure charger is
connected to
mains voltage.
1. Check proper fit of
brush head on
handle. Small gap
remains in
between.
2. Replace brush
head.

head and reset timer
by holding mode
button for 2 seconds.
