Introduction

Intended use

The device serves for replaying of radio stations or external audio sources. External audio sources are played, among others, via a Bluetooth® function. It also has an alarm function and a sleep function.
The device must only be installed in dry indoor rooms.
The device may only be mounted in deep flush-mounted boxes according to DIN 49073-1.

  1. Option, simultaneous switch-on with room light.
  2. Option, connection of an external antenna (e.g. a 70 cm cable antenna).
  3. Variation: When connecting fluorescent lamps, energy-saving lamps or LED lamps, a 2-pole switch is necessary!

Mounting


The device can sustain damage when coming into contact with hard objects! The plastic parts of the device are sensitive.

  • Pull the control elements off only with your hands.
  • Do not use screwdrivers or similar hard objects.

  1. Mounting - Step 1
    The device is already mounted.
    • Pull off the control element!

    State of the device at the point of delivery.
    • Pull off the control element!
  3. Mounting - Step 3
    Connect loudspeaker cables and signal lines to the flushmounted insert (plug-in terminals).

    Connect the mains cable to the flush-mounted insert (screw-type terminals).
  5. Mounting - Step 5
    Mount the flush-mounted insert.
  6. Mounting - Step 6
    Plug the control element onto the flush-mounted insert.

The setup is carried out automatically during initial commissioning or when resetting the settings (RESET).

Dismantling

Dismantling

Dismantling is carried out in the reverse order to mounting.

  • To dismantle the loudspeaker cables and signal lines, loosen the plug-in terminals (e.g. with a screwdriver).
