Troubleshooting
1. I am not sure if my Ring Doorbell 2nd Generation is being charged.
In the presence of sunlight, there will be a light ickering on Ring Doorbell
2nd Generation to show that it is being charged. However, at other times, it
may not icker. In such cases, please check your Ring App to view the battery
status of your Doorbell 2nd Generation.
2. It does not charge my Ring Doorbell 2nd Generation.
Please check your Ring App to ensure it's being charged and not just rely on
the Ring Light indication. Also, ensure that the Solar Charger is receiving
adequate sunlight.
