3. Pull out the fork charging connector
from the solar charging bracket.
Attach the charging connector to
your Ring Doorbell and screw in the
connector using the short black
screws provided. You may also use
the screws that come with the Ring
doorbell.
5. Ready to begin charging your Ring
Video Doorbell 3 and 3 Plus.
Troubleshooting
1. I am not sure if my Ring Video Doorbell 3 and 3 Plus is being charged.
In the presence of sunlight, there will be a light ickering on Ring Video
Doorbell 3 and 3 Plus to show that it is being charged. However, at other
times, it may not icker. In such cases, please wait for some time and then
check your Ring App to view the battery status of your Doorbell Ring Video
Doorbell 3 and 3 Plus. This way you will know if the battery life was extended.
2. It does not charge my Ring Video Doorbell 3 and 3 Plus.
Please check your Ring App to ensure it's being charged and not just rely on
the Ring Light indication. Also, ensure that the Solar Charging Bracket is
receiving adequate sunlight.

4. Place the doorbell on the Solar
Charging Bracket. While still holding
your Doorbell, pull out the front
cover of the doorbell and screw in
the doorbell to the Solar Charging
Bracket using the long black screws
provided.
