MULTI-PRODUCT SINGLE METER CALIBRATION INSTRUCTIONS
It is imperative that the following instructions be very carefully observed. If we
follow the instructions as indicated, your system will be able to resume normal
operation when the calibration adjustments have been completed.
The only tools required are a standard flat head screw driver, and a very small flat head
screw driver (jewelry style or equal). And a trouble light to see the switch settings inside
the register.

SECTION ONE

1.
We want the vehicle started and the MID:COM computer in the cab on its
"normal" pre-delivery screen.

Then we want to remove the register calibrator cover located on the front of the
register just below the display (2 slotted screws). On the back of this plate you
will find a detailed diagram like the one attached, and a detailed listing of what
the different switches are used for.

We have now exposed the calibration switches, (see attached diagram) these
are numbered from your left to your right 1 through 8 as you are looking at the
registers display.
4.
Making double sure the computer in the cab of your truck is on "GASOLINE" .
5.
With the very small slotted screw driver and the trouble light (so you can clearly
see the small arrows on the switches) we want to set the following switches
to the following positions (point the little arrows to the following numbers).
Switch # 1
to
Switch # 2
to
Switch # 3
to
Switch # 4
to
Switches 5 & 6 do not require changes.
Select "GASOLINE" from line two on the
Position 0
Position 4
Position 5
Position 8

  • Page 2 After setting the switches to the above values indicated, you now want to move switch # 7 (toggle switch) from the centre or net position to the full left or gross position. With switch # 7 (toggle) in the gross or left position, you now want to fully depress switch # 8 (plunger reset).
  • Page 3 To restore your system to normal operation, return switch # 6 to position 1, and do a manual reset with the toggle switch # 7 by again moving it all the way to the right. After it resets you should now see 0.0 on the register. Replace the calibration cover, and you are finished After recording the above information, please fax these sheets back to ACCU-FLO...
