4. To to immediately synchronize the selected applications,
tap Sync now.
5. To delete the account and all of its messages, contacts,
and other data, tap Remove account.
6. Tap Device backup and set the backup options.
• Auto backup: enable automatic online backup of phone data
when connected to a Wi-Fi network when the screen is off
and the device is charging.
• Backup options: Select data to back up (Logs, Messages
(SMS), Messages (MMS), Wallpaper)
• Back up now: start a backup immediately
• Restore: Restore your backed up data.
Contents sync
This menu lets you set up a Dropbox account for
synchronizing your device contents online.
1. From the Home screen, tap

3. To synchronize with an existing Dropbox account, tap
I'm already a Dropbox user. To set up a new Dropbox
account tap I'm new to Dropbox.

Back up and reset

The Back up and reset option allows you to back up your data,
accounts, and other settings to Google servers; automatically
restore your phone; and reset your phone settings to the
factory settings.
Back up my data
By setting this option, the Google server will back up all of
your settings and data.
1. From the Home screen, tap
and reset.
2. Tap Back up my data to enable or disable back up of
application data, WI-Fi passwords, and other settings to
the Google server.
Backup account
If you have enabled the Back up my data option, then the
Backup account option is available.
