    CARTS AND WAGONS CARE AND MAINTENANCE • Periodically check nuts and bolts to verify they are tight and secure. • Clean the cart using water and mild soap. Rinse with water sprayed from a garden hose. • Inspect all cotter pins (if equipped) and verify they are in position, secure, and in good condition.
  • Page 3 CARTS AND WAGONS ATTACH FRONT AXLE TO CART BED 1. Position the cart bed on a flat surface so both sides can be accessed. With assistance, place the axle assembly on the bed and align all mounting holes. 2. Insert two 5/16" x 1-3/4" bolts through the bed and through the mounting holes of the axle assembly, add flat washers, and locknuts.
  • Page 4 CARTS AND WAGONS ATTACH REAR AXLE AND BRACES TO CART BED 1. Place the rear axle on the bed, align its mounting holes with the mounting holes of the bed and insert two 5/16" x 1-3/4" bolts. 2. Add the flat washers and locknuts and tighten using a ratchet and socket and wrench.

    CARTS AND WAGONS ATTACH WHEELS Spacer 1. Take one spacer and slide it onto the axle. 2. Take one wheel, position the valve stem to the outside, and slide the wheel onto the axle. 3. Slide one flat washer over the axle and add the locknut.

    CARTS AND WAGONS ATTACH HANDLE Attach handle to complete the cart assembly: 1. Carefully place heavy duty cart onto its wheels and slide the handle into the steering yoke. 2. Align the holes, add a washer to the 5/16" x 2-1/4" round-head screw, and insert the screw through the mounting holes.
