Thank you for purchasing this Haztec product. Before proceeding with installation, it is essential to
read and understand this instruction booklet.
▪ This product must be installed by persons competent in vehicle installations
▪ Care should be taken to ensure that water ingress cannot occur through mounting
or wiring holes
▪ Only the fixings provided should be used

Installation Instructions:

▪ Please refer to the beacon user manual for wiring instructions
▪ Determine a suitable location to mount the protective cage
▪ The base plate can be used to mark the mounting holes. Ensure that the holes match the
beacon that is being installed
▪ When drilling holes in the vehicle, always ensure that it does not interfere with, or cause
damage to, any items on the underside of the roof. Consult the vehicle manufacturer for
further information
