GETTING STARTED
1. Carefully remove your massager from packaging.
2. Connect the adapter and controller.
3. Place massager on the floor in front of your chair or seat. Place feet inside.
NOTE: We recommend wearing socks while using this device. Do not wear shoes
while using this device.
4. To activate the massage, press the I/O button on controller. Press the arrow buttons for
clockwise or counterclockwise shiatsu style massage.
5. To activate the heat, press the
optimum temperature.
NOTE: Massage and heat functions can operate together or separately.
6. This device has an automatic safety shutoff timer. The unit will power off automatically
after 15 minutes. Please wait at least 15 minutes before restarting the device.

1. This product is not intended for medical use. It is intended only to provide a
luxurious massage.
2. If you are pregnant or have any concerns regarding your health, consult your doctor
before using any at-home massage product.
3. To avoid injury and irreparable damage, always remain seated when using the
massager. Never stand on the unit.
4. Do not use this product in or near water (bathtub, shower, pool, etc.)
5. Not for use by children.
6. Do not use the massage motor or heat for more than 15 minutes at a time.
7. Unplug the device after every use and before cleaning.
CARE, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
1. For long-term storage, place the unit in its box in a cool, dry place.
2. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects, which might cut or puncture
the fabric.
3. The top of the massager is machine washable. To clean the bottom, unplug the unit
and allow it to cool first. Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge. Never allow water
or any other liquids to come into contact with the unit.
