Step 2. Assembly of the Multi-Press, Leg Extension, and Lat/Low Row Bases Note the positions and order of the nuts, bolts, and washers. The order of assembly should be followed to ensure a rigid structure. Also note that there are connecting oval tubing to the Main Tower for each side structure. !""...

Step 3. Assembly of the Lat/Hi-Low Pulley Boom, Vertical Support tubing for Boom and Adjustable Hi/Low Square Tubing. Note the positions and order of the nuts, bolts, and washers. The order of assembly is the Lat/Hi-Lo Pulley Boom first attaching to the main tower. Then attach the Vertical Support Tube and Hi/Low tubing to the underside of the Boom in the positions shown.
Page 5
Step 4. Assembly of Low Row foot pads and Adjustable Hold Down Rollers assembly Low Row foot pads are bolted to the horizontal structure below the bench support. There is a pneumatic piston that fits into the outside tubing into which the seat post is inserted.
Page 6
Step 5. Assembly of Adjustable Seat and Back Support to Multi-Press substructure Again, the order of assembly is important. First the long stainless tube must slide thru the metal barrel with bearings under the seat structure. Attach to base support structure at both ends with hardware shown. The back support then attaches to the seat base.
Page 7
Step 6. Assembly of Adjustable Multi-Press Again, the order of assembly is important. The tubing with the pulley and adjustment plate goes between the 2 metal ears at the back of the Multi-Press base structure. Slide the round axle through the metal ears then thru the metal barrel with bearings that is part of the tubing with the adjustment plate.
Page 8
Step 7. Assembly of Leg Extension/Seated Leg Curl Again, the order of assembly is important. First attach short upright tube with the pulleys to the base frame. Next attach the curved tube with the wedge- shaped plate to the base frame. Feed the metal axle through the curved tube first and continue thru the Leg Extension arm, cam, and other upright tube nearest the main frame.

Step 8. Assembly of Leg Extension/Seated Leg Curl Again, the order of assembly is important. Start with the metal leg roller assembly and pad…attach to the short axle on the Leg Extension arm. Attach round support tube to the underside of metal seat plate and to the side frame. Use short metal axle to attach metal thigh pad structure to the side frame.

STEP 9: Attaching Seat Back Support Tube, Seat Handles, Cam, and Seat Back Adjustment Lever, Scissor Flat Strap, & Gas Piston to Seat Frame First attach the seat back support tube to the 4 flat strap metal pieces using 4 short axles.
Page 11
STEP 10: Placing Guide Rods and Selector Plates onto main frame for Multi-Press and Lat/Low Row stations Rubber donuts go first onto the lower horizontal base frame tubes. Feed each guide rod thru the holes on the respective upper main frame horizontal frame tubes then insert into the holes on the base lower tubes.
Page 12
STEP 11: Placing Guide Rods and Selector Plates onto main frame for Leg Ext/Curl & Hi/Low Pulley stations First place the rubber donuts onto the lower horizontal tubes of the 2 main frames as shown. Feed each guide rod thru the holes on the respective upper main frame horizontal tubes then insert into the holes on the base lower tubes.
Page 13
STEP 12: Threading of Cable for Lat/Low Row Station There are 2 cables. The top cable goes over the forward most top pulley then under the top pulley of the dual pulley assembly. It then goes over two consecutive pulleys, feeds down thru a hole on the cross tube above the weight stack and screws into the selector stem on the weight stack.
Page 14
STEP 13: Threading of Cable for Leg Ext/Curl Station Screw the one end of the cable into the selector stem on the weight stack. Thread the cable up and over the pulley in the weight frame. The cable continues down and under a set of 2 pulleys extending out from the frame. It continues up and under the pulley on the vertical tube with the pulley built in.
Page 15
STEP 14: Threading of Cable for Adjustable Hi/Low Pulley Starting at end of the cable that attaches to the handle, thread the cable between the 2 pulleys in the metal pulley housing the up and over the 2 pulleys on the underside of the boom.
Page 16
STEP 15: Threading of Cable for Multi-Press Station Starting at end of the cable that attaches to the weight stack, screw the bolt into the selector stem. Thread the cable up and over the pulley at the top of the frame.
Page 17
STEP 16: Attaching Metal Weight Shrouds to Main Frame Attach all four weight shrouds to the inside of the upright tubing on the main frame. The hardware is in the tubing already so use the bolt, split washer, and main washer in that order to yield a firm and stable attachment of the shrouds. !""...

STEP 17: Attaching Multi Press and Lat/Low Row Seat Backs and Seat Pads to the Frame The hardware is already screwed into all the pads. Remove bolt, split washer, and main washer in that order and replace by inserting through the respective brackets.
