Causes and corrective actions
The number enclosed in parentheses is the No. of
the motor that has failed in initialization.
Set the power switch OFF and check the harness
connection, wirings and motor operation.
The motors and motor numbers are as shown
below.
1: SPOT(JM81)
2: COLOR(JM82)
3: ND1(JM83)
4: ND2(JM84)
5: SHUTTER(JM85)
6: FOCUS(JM86)
7: HORIZONTAL(JM87)
8: VERTICAL(JM88)
Letters enclosed in parentheses represent motor
harness connector names of main board HK1296.
If nothing appears at the end of the first line, both of
the right and left background lamps are faulty. If
"right" or "left" appears, the related lamp is faulty.
Possible causes:
Sensor covered with head band, etc.
Low intensity of background lamp
Contamination of background lamp
sensor
Breaking of wire
OK:
Resets the intensity. Perform this
operation only when the sensor is
covered with head band.
Cancel: Terminates the initialization without
setting the intensity and returns to the
base menu screen. To resume the
intensity setting, switch the power OFF,
resolve the problem and then switch the
power ON.
Possible causes:
Sensor covered with head band, etc.
Low intensity of stimulus lamp
Contamination of stimulus lamp sensor
Breaking of wire
Positioning error between stimulus lamp
projection position and sensor position set
in initialization
→Correct the error with jig software.
OK:
2. Same as OK in above 2.
Cancel: 2. Same as Cancel in above 2.
