The sound field generated by a multichannel home theater audio system surrounds the audience, creating a three
dimension audio image. StreamLine speakers will provide hi-end performance multichannel sound, but in order
to get the maximum accuracy and fidelity you should follow a careful set-up procedure.
• Ideally, the five speakers should be equidistant from the listener and generate identical sound levels
when fed an identical signal.
• In real life, speaker placement may not be equidistant; so time delays must be employed to ensure
that sound from all speakers arrives at the listener's ears at the same time.
