PROBLEM
Dust Deputy not separating well
Low air volume
Material swirls in cyclone and won't
drop down into drum.
Connect the dust collector
clean air rises through
the hose to the dust collector
Air leak. Check cyclone fl ange / drum lid / barrel. Even
small leaks will affect performance.
Vacuum fi lter clogged. Blockage in hose.
Air leak in bottom of cyclone / drum lid or dust drum.
Large, bulkier material might swirl. Restart or temporarily
cut off air fl ow to drop material down.
Connect the hose
dirty air enters the cyclone
Cyclonic action
spins dust & debris from the airstream
Dust & debris
are trapped in the drum below
