The TrueLife FitScale W4 BT wireless smart scale measures body weight using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). BIA technology is used to measure body fat and obtain data on the total body composition. The scale is intended for home use only.

  • Place the scale on a flat and stable surface or mat.

    2. Immediately after a shower, bath or sauna;
    3. After heavy alcohol consumption;
    4. During or immediately after a meal;

    Pair the scale with the application
    1. First, turn on location and Bluetooth on your smartphone.
    2. Stand on the scales. The scale switches on automatically when stepping on to it.
    3. Then find the scale in the application and pair it.
  3. Weigh yourself:
    • In order for the scale to remember you and pair it with your account, you need to weight yourself immediately after registration. When weighing yourself for the first time, CODE 1 appears on the top left of the screen.
    • Weight units can be switched from kilograms (kg) to pounds (lb) by pressing the button on the bottom of the scale. The units can also be changed in the application.

Note: Each time you weigh yourself, first touch the scale so that the display shows 0.00 kg. Only then weigh yourself.
Note: For a correct measurment, always stand upright on the scale and make sure the electrodes are in contact with your feet.
Note: In order for the scale to calculate all 15 measurement indices, you must always weigh yourself barefoot. Not all body parameters can be measured if you are wearing socks. Dirty feet can also affect the results.
Note: Never get off the scale until the measurement is completed. When weighing yourself, your body weight is calculated first. When the measurement is completed, the numbers on the display flash twice. Then a 0 moves along th display, which completes the measurement of body proportions. When done, the results will be displayed.
Note: If the scale does not work properly, reset it by holding down the button that switches units from kilograms to pounds.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA ON THE DISPLAY

The value flashes twice – weighing is complete

The number 0 moves on the display – completing the measurement of body proportions

  • After weighing yourself, the scale will measure fifteen body parameters using BIA technology. Three basic parameters such as body weight, water and fat are shown directly on the display. The results are displayed 3 times in a row. You can see the other results in the application.

MULTIPLE USERS

  • The scale can remember up to twelve users. To measure and display all fifteen indices, each additional user must join the current account and fill in their personal data and parameters, or register as a new user.
  • After adding an account or after a new registration, the user must immediately weigh themselves so that the scale remembers them and pairs with their account.
  • During weighing, CODE 2-11 appears on the top left of the screen. This CODE appears on the screen each time the user steps on it.

Note: In order for the scale to be able to recognize which user is currently weighing themselves, send the results correctly to the application and assign them to the correct account, the difference between the users must be at least 4-5 kg.
Note: When weighing without using the application, the results are synchronized with the application each time the scale is switched on and re-paired with the application.
