Description

PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS

Charge the device before use. Use the MicroUSB cable (7) supplied.
The red LED indicates that it is charging. When the blue LED comes on, charging is complete.

Pairing the device with a mobile phone:

• Make sure that the device is switched off and turn off Bluetooth on the phone
• Press and hold down the MF button (1) until the LED (6) flashes red/blue in alternating fashion (around 8 seconds).
• Turn on Bluetooth® on the phone and select GRASSHOPPER PRO after it has been detected. The LED (6) on the device will now flash blue to show that the unit has been paired.
  If pairing is unsuccessful, turn the unit off and try again.
  
  if the device or the phone have been turned off or are out of range, you may need to use the menu on your phone to pair them again; or, just press the MF button (1) once.

To pair the device with a second phone (multipoint operation):

• Turn Bluetooth® off on the first phone
• To connect to the second phone, see the instructions in the section, "Pairing the device with the phone"
• Once the connection has been established with the second phone, turn on Bluetooth on the first phone and select GRASSHOPPER PRO if it does not connect automatically.

To power the device ON: hold down the MF button (1) until the LED (6) lights up blue (around 5 seconds).
To turn the device OFF: hold down the MF button (1) until the LED (6) flashes red (around 5 seconds).

USING THE EARBUD

Answering a call: Briefly press the MFB button (1).
Ending a call: Briefly press the MFB button (1).
Answering an incoming call and ending the current one in the multipoint mode: briefly press the MFB button (1).
Rejecting an incoming call and continuing the current call in multipoint mode: briefly press the MFB button (1) twice.
Speaker volume adjustment: hold the + or – button (2-3) down while a conversation is underway.
Play/Pause: press the MFB button (1)
FF: press the + button (2)
Rew: press the - button (3)
Low battery indicator: a flashing red LED indicates that the battery capacity is low.
