HEATER INSIDE THE WORK AREA WITH DUCTING TO OUTSIDE Air is drawn into the area with SA CYCLONE Anti-static Ducting connected to the air intake. This provides ventilation in addition to heating. SA CYCLONE Anti-static Ducting can also be connected to... - Page 5 HEATER OUTSIDE THE WORK AREA WITH DUCTING TO INSIDE Air is blown into the area via SA CYCLONE Anti-static Ducting connected to the air outlet. This provides ventilation in addition to heating. HEATER WITH DUAL DUCTING SA CYCLONE Anti-static Ducting can also be connected to the air intake if required.
- Page 6 POSSIBLE CONFIGURATIONS (CONTINUED) MULTIPLE HEATERS CONNECTED WITH DUCTING Connecting the heaters in series using SA CYCLONE Anti- static Ducting will increase the temperature lift achieved in low ambient temperatures. The airflow of each fan must be in the same direction. The maximum temperature achieved is limited by a safety device.

- Page 8 DURING USE SWITCHING ON AND RUNNING THE HEATER Position and set up the heater according to the previous instructions. Check that the heater is safe for use and has no defects, paying particular attention to the heating elements, the impeller and both finger guards. Ensure there are no loose particles inside the heating chamber.

TROUBLESHOOTING NORMAL FLUCTUATION IN AIR TEMPERATURE Please note there will be some fluctuation in temperature of heated air during normal operation of the heater and should not be regarded as a fault. WARRANTY The SA FLEXIHEAT ATEX Heater has a product warranty of one year from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover cables. The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship.
