If a connection is made from input A to Gnd, the transmitter will send 12 site/unit
code bits read directly from the DIL switches. No transmission will occur when the
connection is removed.
2.
Single Channel, 'A' Input, bi-directional to trigger
('A' Inverted) for 4611, 4612, 4613, 4618/9, & 4660/75 transmitters.
MODE 0' and 'MODE 1' DIL switches must be ON.
Input B must not be connected and input C must be tied to Gnd with a wire
link.
If input A is either connected to, or disconnected from Gnd, the transmitter will
send 11 site/unit code bits read directly from DIL switches with data bit A (the 12th
data bit) active (logic 1) if the link is made, or in-active if the link was removed, i.e.
it sends the status of the A input on data bit A, but inverted.
3.
Boat/caravan single zone panel for 4612, 4618/9
& 4660/75 transmitters.
'MODE 0' DIL switch OFF.'Mode 1' DIL switch ON. Connect an arming
switch (key switch or similar) across input C to =ve. Connect a normally
closed sensing device between input A and Gnd.
Panel is disarmed with the key switch ON. Input B is continuously monitored (24
hour tamper zone).
If it opens, the transmitter will send 10 site code bits together with data bit B active
and data bit A as per input A (i.e. input A linked to ground will give data bit A
inactive). Any activity on input A is otherwise ignored whilst the unit is disarmed.
If the key switch is opened, the panel goes into a fixed 25 second exit period during
which the bleeper sounds.
At the end of this period, the bleeper goes quiet and input A becomes armed. If
input A is now opened, the 25 second entry period starts, together with the
bleeper. If the panel is not disarmed, by closing the keyswitch during this period,
the transmitter will send 10 site code bits together with data bit A active. When the
transmission ends, input A will be re-armed.
The panel can be disarmed at any time by closing the key switch.
4.
Alarm/tamper transmission, with restore on both alarm and tamper. 4612,
4618/9, 4660/75 & 4600.
'MODE 0' DIL switch OFF, 'MODE 1' DIL switch ON. Input C linked to Gnd.
Connect a normally closed tamper loop between input B and +ve. Connect a
normally closed sensing loop between input A and Gnd.
If either input A or input B loops are broken or reconnected, a transmission will be
triggered. It will send 10 site/unit code data bits read directly from the DIL switches
DIL switch together with the state of the A and B inputs. The A & B data bits are
inactive (logic 0) if both input 5 loops are intact.
