1. Heating issues
Cause:
Thermostat
Milk residue
Damaged Heating element.
Solution:
Please check the device for milk residue inside the device and on the whisk. Please use the cleaning
guide in our instruction manual located on page 6.
The thermostat or heating element could be damaged or burnt out. A faulty thermostat will notify
that the target temperature has been attained before use. Whilst a damaged heating element will
cause the device to not correctly, heat the milk. In this case, the device will need to be replaced.
Please turn off the device and contact our helpline found on the front page of the instruction manual
to troubleshoot. Please also contact the retailer.
2. Red light is not coming on or is
blinking.
Cause:
The appliance is overheating.
Whisk is not present or is not secure
Not enough milk.
Solution:
A flashing red light means that the machine is overloaded, you must unplug the product and poor
out the milk and then start again.
