PRINCESS HERITAGE
Each piece of Stainless Steel Cookware features the highest quality materials in one of our two constructions:
• Classic Collection has a body constructed from a single ply of 18/10 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. The base features an aluminum
disc encased in magnetic stainless steel. This encapsulated base design guarantees even heat distribution throughout the entire base of the pan for
even cooking.
• Tri-Ply Collection features an 18/10 stainless steel interior, a thick aluminum core and a magnetic stainless steel exterior, that are all bonded together
and shaped to form the entire body of the pan, resulting in the most efficient and precise heating all the way up the sides and throughout the
entire surface.
In both constructions, the interior 18/10 layer is corrosion resistant, nonreactive, and won't alter the flavor of your food. The aluminum, either disc or
layer, evenly distributes heat and avoids hot spots. The exterior magnetic stainless steel cap or layer works with all cooking surfaces, including Induction.
Lids are made from tempered glass rimmed in stainless steel, designed to take the heat and allow you to check on your food without lifting lids.
Ergonomic riveted handles offer comfort and security for a lifetime of daily use.
BEFORE FIRST USE WASH
• Wash your cookware in a solution of warm, soapy water and vinegar
with a soft sponge. Rinse and dry. This removes any manufacturing
oils or polishing materials. If this is not removed before using, it may
permanently stain or discolor your cookware.
COOKING
• Classic and Tri-Ply cookware are safe for use on all cooktops,
including gas, electric, vitro-ceramic glass and induction. Do not use
in microwave.
• Use a burner that is SMALLER than or the same size as the bottom of
your pot. For gas stoves, make sure flames NEVER extend up the sides
of cookware.
• Always use LOW to MEDIUM heat setting. HIGH heat settings should
only be used for boiling liquids and searing meats.
• Preheat using LOW to MEDIUM heat setting. To test for readiness,
sprinkle with water or add a small piece of food. If it sizzles, the pan
is ready.
• You can use metal tools, but we recommend silicone or nylon tools to
keep the interior finish free from marks and scratches
• To extend the beauty of the interior finish, do not cut inside the pan.
• Add salt only after food has come to a boil or reached its cooking
temperature. Adding salt beforehand can cause permanent white spots
and pits on the inside of the cookware.
• To prevent food from sticking, add a small amount of oil or butter to
cookware over LOW to MEDIUM heat setting.
• Always use dry potholders or oven mitts to handle hot cookware and
glass lids.
• Your cookware is oven safe up to 350˚F with lids. Without lids,
cookware is oven and broiler safe up to 450˚F.
WASHING
• Always allow cookware and lid to cool before washing. Pans and lids
are dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended.
• To avoid damaging the surfaces of your pan, do not use abrasive
sponges, metallic pads or bleach.
• Use a non-scratch sponge or scrub brush to remove stuck-on foods.
• Use our Liquid Stainless Steel Cleaner to remove burned-on grease
and food. You can also bring water to a boil, let it cool and wash the
pan as you normally would using our powder or liquid cleaners.
• To remove the white film left on the cookware from minerals in

water and starch in foods, use our Stainless Steel Cleaners following
instructions on label. Dry cookware immediately after washing.
• To remove water spots use our Princess House
following instructions on label.
• Salt that has not dissolved while cooking can cause white spots or pits
on the inside of cookware. While these cannot be removed, they do
not affect the performance of the cookware.
• To avoid white spots and pits, add salt only when liquids have come to
a boil or food has reached cooking temperature.
• Never leave food in cookware for long periods of time or store food in
cookware. Salty or highly acidic foods like sauces, soups and stews may
cause staining or pitting.
• Glass lid can be placed in the dishwasher to remove food residue. You
can also fill pan with water, bring it to a boil with lid on, let water cool,
and then wash lid with a soft bristle toothbrush to remove residue
stuck between glass and stainless rim.
CAUTION
• Your cookware, handles and lid will be HOT during and after use.
Always use dry potholders when lifting or moving your cookware.
• Cooking at too high temperatures or allowing a pan to boil dry will
cause bronze, blue or rainbow tints on the outside of the cookware.
In some cases these conditions can be removed with Princess House
Stainless Steel Cleaners following instructions on label.
• Never handle a hot lid with a wet cloth or potholder as the change
of temperature may damage or shatter the lid. Avoid impact with
hard objects.
• Do not use lid if it is chipped, cracked or noticeably scratched, as the
glass may shatter.
• Proper lifting and support should be considered when moving
large stockpots.
• Your cookware is not safe for use over open campfires or directly on
hot charcoal.
• Do not let any cookware boil dry or allow dry cookware to remain
on a hot cooktop. If excessively overheated, the bottom may melt.
Should melting occur, do not attempt to remove cookware from
burner until it has completely cooled.
