Your Tecbot S1 Series may not be charging due to the following reasons:
1. Low Battery – If the battery is too low, the device will not turn on and must be manually placed on the charging dock. 2. Charging Dock Issues – Ensure the charging dock is not broken or damaged. The indicator light should blink to confirm charging has started. 3. Power Supply Mismatch – Verify that the power supply voltage matches the voltage marked on the charging dock. 4. Dirty or Blocked Contacts – Check for dust or debris on the charging contacts of both the dock and the robot. 5. Battery Maintenance – If the device has not been charged for a long time, the battery may be excessively discharged. Charge it fully before use. 6. Damaged Power Cord – Stop using the charging dock if the power cord is damaged.
If the issue persists, try turning off the device and retrying or checking for any visible damage.
