My tecbot will not charge

Your Tecbot S1 Series may not be charging due to the following reasons:

1. Low Battery – If the battery is too low, the device will not turn on and must be manually placed on the charging dock.
2. Charging Dock Issues – Ensure the charging dock is not broken or damaged. The indicator light should blink to confirm charging has started.
3. Power Supply Mismatch – Verify that the power supply voltage matches the voltage marked on the charging dock.
