Troubleshooting

The following advice should help you to solve problems. If this does not help,
you will find useful information in the detailed FAQs on our website. Otherwise,
please contact our hotline (see page 4). Take note of the warranty instruc-
tions.
Problem
No function.
The device doesn't
emit any sound.
No sound with Blue-
tooth .
®
No Wi-Fi connection,
appears on the
display panel.
Possible cause
No power supply.
The small plug of
the mains adapter
has slipped out.
The wrong source
has been selected.
The volume is set
to "0".
The volume of the
external player has
been set too low.
No Bluetooth
®
connection.
RADIO 3SIXTY has
not been selected
as the output
device.
Bluetooth connec-

tion impaired by
another radio
system (e.g. cord-
less telephone,
Wi-Fi).
Connection to
Wi-Fi lost or incor-
rect parameters
received.
Solution
Check the function of the socket
with another device.
Check the connection of the mains
adapter (see page 17).
Select the right source
(see page 20).
Increase the volume.
Carefully increase the volume of
the external player.
Establish a connection
(see page 40).
On the external player, select
"Teufel RADIO 3SIXTY" or the
name you assigned in the app as
the output device via Bluetooth
Set up the RADIO 3SIXTY and/or
external player in another location.
Move to another room to test.
Delete the network settings
(see "Clear network settings" on
page 27), and start the network
assistant (see page 27).
