ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY Install the right support (item 1) assembly by sliding the end of the arm (item 2) into the sleeve welded inside the left support. Secure with two 5/16 x 3/4” hex bolts (item 3) and flange nuts. Do not tighten. Reinstall the anti-rotation support (item 5) previously removed and secure on the right support (item 1) with two 5/16 x 3/4”...

ASSEMBLY STEP 2: DRIVE MECHANISM INSTALLATION NOTE: You must remove the mower deck before installing the drive mechanism. Tractors with an electric clutch: This kit is assembled for tractors with an electric clutch. There are no modifications to be made. Tractors with a manual clutch: If you have a tractor with a manual clutch, you must change the belt and replace it with the A-57 belt.

ASSEMBLY WARNING TO PREVENT INJURIES: It is the person who installs the drive mechanism’s responsibility to make sure that when the clutch is disengaged that all moving parts stop. For more information, do not hesitate to contact the technical support. Engage the clutch arm to verify that everything works well.

Make sure the blade is pushed in until locked into place by the springs (item 1).
