AUFBAU LANGHANTEL Aufbau für leichtes Gewicht Schrauben Sie zunächst die beiden Hantelgriffe in das Hantelverbindungsrohr ein, legen Sie dann die Hantelscheiben von groß nach klein auf die Hantelgriffe und ziehen Sie schließlich die Hantelmuttern fest. Aufbau für schweres Gewicht Legen Sie die Hantelscheiben von groß nach klein auf beide Enden der Hantelstange, ziehen Sie die Hantelmutter an einem Ende fest und schrauben Sie dann das andere Ende des Hantelgriffs in das Langhantelanschlussrohr. -
