B Lubrication & Maintenance instructions Version: 07/2006 A- GENERAL INFORMATION The following instructions will insure the correct installation of REDEX-ANDANTEX multi-speed units and spiral bevel gearboxes provided they are adhered to carefully. B Lubrication & Maintenance instructions Version: 07/2006 B- LUBRICATION All multi-speed units and spiral bevel gearboxes are supplied without oil. For the standard units, the recommended lubricant is oil ISO VG 150 (viscosity = 150 cSt@40°C). Recommended lubricants are given in the table below.

B Einbau- und Wartungsanleitung Version: 07/2006 B- SCHMIERUNG Alle Winkel- und Schaltgetriebe werden ohne Ölfüllung geliefert Standard Schmierung mit ISO VG 150 (Viskosität= 150 cSt@40°C). Die Teile mit Fettschmierung sind betriebsbereit. In bestimmten Fällen sind Nippel eingebaut, welche regelmäßig gewartet werden müssen.

Alle unseren ATEX-beglaubigen Standard Getriebe sind entsprechend gekennzeichnet. Unser ATEX-Zertifikat : INERIS N°17278/04. C-1. ANBAU Das Getriebe muss entsprechend der zuvor festgelegten Einbaulage und Montagefläche eingebaut werden.

Para unidades estándar el aceite lubricante recomendado es del tipo ISO VG 150 (viscosidad = 150 cSt@40°C) (para marcas específicas ver tabla abajo).
- Page 17 12.5 B-2. MANTENIMIENTO Las cajas de reenvío y multivelocidad REDEX ANDANTEX requieren un mantenimiento mínimo. Este debe consistir en una revisión del nivel de aceite periódicamente y un primer cambio de aceite después de las primeras 50 horas de funcionamiento. Posteriormente, los cambios de aceite se deben realizarse cada 4000 horas.
