The monitor function
enables the telephone line to be monitored without
interfering with information present on the line.
T ransmit mode (TIC) is the same as "off-hook" on a
conventional telephone.
This switch allows selection of dialling mode.
Pressing the polarity button
the line will light one of the LEDs.
When connected to an exchange line B leg -ve to pin
5 of the line cord and A leg +ve to pin
