Refurbished/Demo units carry a one (1) year parts and labor warranty and is for repair

NOTE:
If the returned product is found to have no problem, there will be a $250.00
service fee plus freight charges.
DVD Players
•
One (1) year parts and 90-days labor from purchase date.
DOA – Refer to DOA policy

Within 30 days, Regent USA will pay both ways freight

From 31- 90 days, Regent USA will pay for one way freight

From 91 days to one year, customer pays both ways freight. Customer needs to

pack the unit in its original box and send the unit back with the RMA number
visible on the outside. The unit needs to be insured by customer.
