One (1) year parts and labor from purchase date
DOA – Refer to DOA policy
o
Within 30 days, Regent USA will pay both ways freight
o
From 31- 90 days, Regent USA will pay for one way freight
o
From 91 days to one year, customer pays both ways freight. Customer
o
needs to pack the PDP/LCD display in its original box and send the unit
back with the RMA number visible on the outside. The unit needs to be
insured by customer and for PDP's only, a Regent USA authorized
trucking company must be used. No Fed-Ex or UPS shipments will be
allowed for PDP.
Freight is single destination, ground floor delivery. Certain residential
o
delivery may be extra.
•
Refurbished/Demo units carry a one (1) year parts and labor warranty and is
for repair only.
•
NOTE:
If the returned product is found to have no problem, there will be a
$250.00 service fee plus freight charges.
