If you are not sure that the network power is clean, stable and free of transients, a stabilizer and transient suppressor of at least 100 W of power should be used.

Power on. Alter a few seconds the display will show this message: DHE BROADCAST STAL1000 The STAL1000 Transmitter is ready to receive commands from the keyboard. 2.1-Transmitter enable / disable Sequence: E + 1 +1 It is a cyclic operation key, if the transmitter is disabled, it activates it and vice versa. If the transmitter is disabled, the display shows: TRANS: ENA WAIT The "TX" LED on the MEASURING AND CONTROL PANEL will light up. At the end of the operation the panel returns to P2.
