    HREDDER 1.5.-1 Operation of the Shredder The LINDNER Shredder can be used in the operating modes "Auto" and "Manual". In the "Auto" mode, the shredding tools and discharge conveyor belt are controlled automatically. The shredder is operated by means of: the switches and buttons at the operating panel and on the remote control of the remote control system.

    URRACO 75 D PERATION OF THE HREDDER 1.5.-5 Radio Remote Control The remote control system consists of the actual remote control (transmitter of the remote control) and the receiver which is installed on the backside of the operating panel. Switch off the remote control immediately when a fault occurs. Switch the transmitter off using the (Emergency stop) button.
  • Page 17 URRACO 75 D PERATION OF THE HREDDER Switching on the remote control During normal operation, the shredder is controlled exclusively by means of the remote control. To switch on the remote control, proceed as follows: Prerequisites: The drive engine is switched on (see -Starting the engine).

  • Page 20 URRACO 75 D PERATION OF THE HREDDER Only recharge the battery if the red status indicator on the transmitter lights up. By doing so, you will increase the service life of your battery. For further information, please refer to the enclosed operating instructions of your remote control system.

    URRACO 75 D PERATION OF THE HREDDER 1.5.-9 Manual Mode The shredder may only be operated in manual mode in order to carry out preparing, maintenance and repair work. For this purpose, the switch (Manual-0-Automatic) must be set to "Manual" while the drive engine is running.

    URRACO 75 D PERATION OF THE HREDDER For safety reasons, the battery disconnecting switch should always be turned out as long as the shredder is not operated! 1.5.-11 Pressure sensors The pressure sensors indicate that the pressure in the hydraulic system exceeds a set value.
  • Page 31 - Pressing the icon opens a window where the value can be entered. The min. and max. value is also displayed. Always first consult the LINDNER Service Department before modifying the basic settings of the pressure sensor. Furthermore, the LINDNER Service Department will be able to recommend or make settings suiting your specific operating conditions.

    Value 100 % of the shredding tool speed is set in the data block by the manufacturer. During the commissioning of the shredder, the Service engineers of LINDNER GmbH can adjust the times set by the manufacturer to suit the actual application conditions.

    URRACO 75 D PERATION OF THE HREDDER 1.5.-13 Tongue / Wheel axle The tongue makes it possible to reposition the machine via the wheel axle. The wheel axle is not approved for use on public roads and is only installed for repositioning onto the workstation.
