1- Open clamp collars and install the cable / Cap lines, pull clamp to tubing. Image 2
* Ensure that the clamp is centered over collar to ensure even cable grip.
2- Swing the collars shut, rotate the bolt into the slot on the collar and torque bolts to
30ft/lbs. (Use Impact sockets that meet or exceed ASME B107.110). Gap should
resemble Image 3, do not over tighten as this may cause damage to the cable.
3- Ensure cable and cap lines are installed and tightened with no damage.
4- Ensure cable does not slack between joints to reduce excessive cable exposure to
casing.
5- Installation time is typically less than 15 seconds.
