Possible reasons for the GRF16DBGS refrigerator not cooling despite all lights being on include:

1. Ambient Temperature Too High: If the surrounding temperature is too high, it may take longer for the fridge to reach the set cooling temperature.

2. Too Much Fresh Food Inside: Adding a large amount of fresh food at once can delay cooling.

3. Low Power Mode: If both temperature displays show “--” and interior lights are off, the refrigerator may be in Low Power mode. Press and hold the Function button for 5 seconds to exit this mode.

4. Door Left Open: If the door has been left open too long, it can affect cooling efficiency.

5. Ventilation Blocked: Check that nothing is blocking the air outlets or internal compartments.

6. Control System Issue: If the control system is disabled, cooling may stop. Try restarting the appliance.

7. Insufficient Power Supply: Ensure the DC 12V power source is charged and the fuse is not blown.
