How to use

1. Install 4 AA batteries with polarities as shown in battery compartment.
   
   
2. 
   
3. Click the activation button. 1x for 0.5 liter, and 2 x for 1 liter of water.
   0.5 L = 1 click / 1 clique / 1 Klick / 1 clic
   1 L = 2 clicks / 2 cliques / 2 Klick / 2 clics
4. While green LED(s) flash(es), submerge in clear water and stir.

LED Indicators

SUCCESSFUL

One liter = two green LEDs, half liter = one green LED.

	Successful water treatment
	Batteries low few doses remain
	UV lamp good for less than 100 uses

UNSUCCESSFUL

	Not submerged in water in time
	Replace or recharge batteries
	Lost water detection

If LED indicators show normal signals, but the lamp does not fully illuminate, do not consume.

If the equipment is used in a manner not specified by the manufacturer, the protection provided by the equipment may be impaired.

Do not attempt to bypass water sensor; it is an important safety feature.
Do not handle Steripen with wet hands; do not touch water sensor pins with wet fingers.

This device emits UV light, direct exposure may be harmful.

Do not use UV lamp as a light source.

Do not use near skin, eyes, or insert into bodily orifices.
